It's been sometime

A lot of water has passed under the bridge since my last post. I think these photos and few words will tell the story of the last few months of my life.      Family near and far.   Friends near and far.  Work and Travel

Goodbye and thank you Nantes we've had a great time. Hope to see you again.

We sure did pack a lot into two and a half days

Then the next day.     We also went to Danson House to see the quilt display Things We Do In Bed.

Birth Death and all things in between. Now we move on to France and the Pour I'Amour du 2014 in Nantes.

Washing

I love this product. As I like the feel of new fabric I don't usually pre wash before I use them but I do like to wash a finished quilt. The quilt with the snake fabric border is finished (binding as well) so into the washing machine with six of these Colour Catcher sheets. 

They have done their job picking up any dye in the water. I can't see any colour emigration so good job colour catcher.                                                                                                                                             

It's a lovely autumn day, great drying weather. I really like the look of a quilt once it's been washed.        

Maybe I've got time to wash an other!
