Ring of Roses

Ring of Roses is a new quilt pattern of mine which I taught as a one day class at Somerset during summer school.Yesterday Karen held a summer school reunion during which we where able to catch up on the progress of these stunning quilts.Teachers and students had a great day filled with lots of chatter good food and of cause good company.

So many lovely fabric combinations.

So much fussy cutting.

It is wonderful to me as a teacher to see students adding there own creativity.
Glenda has really played with shapes and colour making Ring of Roses her own.

Strong and soft colour combinations.

And fussy cutting to die for.

.

Bye for now
Sue

  4. Your fussy cuts make very interesting designs when sewn together. Interesting to study them.
